Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, Red Raven Candle Co is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Custom & Specialty Items

Custom orders and specialty items (including gender reveal candles) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
